Connor grew up in Bedford, NH and played his youth hockey for the New Hampshire Avalanche and Northern Cyclones AAA Programs. In midget, Connor played for the Northern Cyclones U16 program that was the first top 30 ranked midget team in the state of New Hampshire. After his time in U16, Connor moved on to the St. Mark's School under head coach Carl Corazzini. The Lions were a New England Prep School powerhouse and won back to back New Engkland titles before Connor's time. As a Lion, Connor made back to back Small School playoff appearences and was a Capttain as a senior. For Junior hockey, Connnor split time between the US and Canada playing for the Cornwall Colts (CCHL) and the Northern Cyclones. He played college hockey for the University of Tampa.

Connor's extensive hockey background led him to the oppurutunity of opening Florida's first hockey specific traning center, and he is super excited to work with the Tampa Bay hockey community.

Bart grew up playing Hockey In Vermont, after moving north from PA around during the winter of The Miracle on Ice. Bart's extensive coaching career began in 1999 as head coach of the Vermont State Champion Bantam team who went on to success in the regional tournament in Voorhees, NJ. His experience has mainly been as a Head Coach for Varsity High School programs, and All Star teams in New England. He also helped coach his children when they started playing at a young age. Wanting to better understand youth development in the sport, he has studied under and was trained by some of the best skills coaches in Northern New England, upstate New York and the greater Montreal area. He also remains active playing the sport and won an adult USA Hockey National Championship here for his team's age group last April.*
